Vacancy information is provided daily. While bookings are normally taken for periods up to six months in advance the information will show vacant units in advance of that period. Although vacant information is shown it does NOT override the Trust's six month rule or the restrictions during ballot periods. The ballot period is from the first Saturday in December to the last Saturday in Febuary
Remember - vacancy information changes frequently and members seeking any vacancy may find that a booking for that period has already been accepted when they call the Trust's office or lodge their application through the website.
Remember - bookings for periods of less than one week are only accepted if made within a fortnight of the proposed commencement date unless the member is seeking to book out the full period the unit is vacant. Applications can be for multiple locations and providing all bookings are on consecutive dates the bookings will be accepted if they meet the criteria set above.
