Today we have made the decision to suspend access to our Trust holiday homes until further notice. As difficult as it is, given the current circumstances, this is the appropriate thing to do in order to protect our people and communities from risk. It is also in line with the Government's announcement about limiting non-essential travel. We will resume bookings as soon as it is practical to do so. For those with existing bookings, to arrange a refund please send an email to email@example.com. Our office staff will be working from home from 23 March onwards but please do not hesitate to call or email us as usual with any concerns. This could mean a delay in processing your benefit claims so please be understanding during this time. Benefit claims can continue to be posted to PO Box 2409 Wellington. Please note this application form is for the ballot period ONLY, which is from Saturday 19 December 2020 to Saturday 27 February 2021. Applications for this period close on 31 July 2020.
Bookings during the ballot period are Saturday to Saturday only, for a maximum of ONE week. Once the ballot is drawn, any left over vacancies will be opened up on the website for general booking.
We no longer have a form for accommodation outside of the ballot period - you can either book by calling the Trust or booking it yourself online (go to BOOK NOW on the home page).
